The Challenge

iKhokha faced significant delivery challenges across four Agile teams. Release cycles were unpredictable and often delayed due to fragmented coordination between development, business, and compliance stakeholders. Visibility into delivery progress and risks was limited, causing confusion at both team and leadership levels. KYC onboarding flow, a critical customer touchpoint, was a particular pain point—affecting user satisfaction and overall platform trust. The company needed a delivery transformation that combined process clarity with empowered, accountable teams.

My Agile Framework in Action

🔍 Assess

I began by evaluating team maturity levels, reviewing sprint reports, and engaging with stakeholders to identify delivery gaps. This allowed us to establish baseline metrics around cycle time, velocity, and sprint completion, while surfacing key pain points in team flow and communication.

🤝 Align

Next, I led alignment workshops to clarify delivery roles and expectations. I worked closely with RTEs, Product Owners, and business leads to ensure everyone was moving toward the same goals. Together, we co-created a unified release roadmap and clarified dependencies across teams.

🔧 Adapt

Once aligned, I introduced tailored Scrum practices across teams. This included re-establishing ceremonies with strong facilitation, standardising backlog refinement routines, and setting clear sprint goals. I also designed custom Jira boards to match team workflows and built automated Power BI dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility into delivery performance.

With momentum in place, I helped teams adopt a more self-managing model. I reduced dependency bottlenecks, clarified team handoffs, and enabled proactive decision-making using delivery data. Weekly reporting cycles increased stakeholder trust and allowed for faster, data-informed pivots where needed.
