My Journey? I didn’t start in tech. I taught myself, earned certifications, and later completed a Master’s in Computer Science with Distinction. I moved from Nigeria to the UK, rebuilt my network from scratch, and carved out a space for myself in this industry. That journey shaped how I show up: resourceful, grounded, and fully committed to growth both mine and the teams I work with.

Today, I’m a trusted problem solver, a delivery leader, and the calm in the chaos. Teams turn to me when things feel stuck, when direction is unclear, or when collaboration breaks down. I step in to create structure, remove blockers, and bring clarity not just to the work, but to how people work together.

With over five years of experience across delivery, coaching, and product operations, I’ve helped organisations launch products, scale teams, and rework delivery processes that weren’t serving them. I’ve coached Scrum teams, supported product managers, facilitated planning, written user stories, led refinements, and improved cross-functional communication.
